We use this chart internally to remember why we do what we do. Ultimately we exist to empower systems change leaders, their organizations and communities to solve social, economic and environmental challenges
in a holistic way that produces lasting change. This chart is grounded in the understanding that real system change is both an outward and inward journey; it involves shifting structures, metrics, formal policies and prevailing mental models, taken-for granted assumptions, and ways of operating – and is inseparable from deep personal change.
